It's truly about changing my life - saving my life! - and today I was not only able to hike a bit of the beautiful botanical gardens trails (2x!) to support my daughter, but it's 7 pm on Saturday & I still have energy to workon laundry & food prep. (So far I've cooked turkey tenderloin, seared a beautiful piece of bluefin tuna given to me by a friend at church who goes fishing regularly, potatoes ready for the week & cooked a huge pile of green beans... 

Normally a Saturday would have me dragging myself to do even a load or two of laundry, and two weeks ago I would not have even tried walking the trail!
